The company combines direct global sourcing from four continents with domestic manufacturing and responsive service into one streamlined supply partner. As a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP since 2024), LamTech is built to help customers adapt to changing market conditions, tariffs, and supply challenges while maintaining quality, speed, and competitive pricing.

LamTech serves customers with custom laminated sheet stock, veneer platforms, composite panels such as HDF, MDF, and particleboard, Lam Grade plywood, specialty hardwood plywood panels, and component solutions. This breadth remains one of the strongest foundations of the company’s value proposition.
