Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring product excellence? Laminate Technologies Inc., a leader in laminated panels and fabricated components for the kitchen cabinetry industry, is expanding and looking for a Quality Inspector to support our supplier quality initiatives across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and non-routine inspections of materials and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conforming products and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Support suppliers in addressing root causes of quality defects and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and monitoring action plans to improve processes and reduce defects.
• Prepare quality reports and performance metrics to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 80% of the time to suppliers and operational sites.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience in quality control, inspections, and supplier quality management.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Strong problem-solving skills. Continuous improvement skills such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and standards.
• Fluent in Portuguese. English and other languages are a plus.
• Valid Brazilian driver’s license (category B) and willingness to travel frequently.
• Bonus: Valid American visa (B1/B2) for international visits.
