Administrative Coordinator

Laminate Technologies is seeking a high functioning and capable Administrative Coordinator that is responsible for performing various duties in support of the office. Functions include customer service, data entry, inventory control, customer service, human resources, and other administrative functions.  Ensure to follow quality standards for both Laminate Technologies and our customers.   • Position Requirements:
  • Must have an associate’s degree and/or 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources is desirable.
  • 5 – 8 years or more of Office Administrative, Coordinator, or Facilitator experience.
  • Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment.
  • Strong verbal and listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Stable work history.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as correspondence or other material.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, or phone systems.
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
  • Read source documents such as reports and enter data in specific data fields for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
  • Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data before entering into system.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
  • Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
  • Greet persons entering the plant, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
  • Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or inventory databases to determine materials required and material priorities.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and supplies to meet production demands.
  • Confer with department supervisors or other personnel on inventory matters.
